Weather Prediction for Indonesian Capital City Relocation Project

Project Objective:

The objective of this project is to provide accurate weather predictions to support the planning and scheduling of the Indonesian capital city relocation project from Jakarta to Kalimantan Timur.

Data:

The project will utilize a historical rainfall dataset from 1989 to 2017 to create weather predictions. This dataset will enable stakeholders to effectively plan project tasks and mitigate the negative impacts of extreme weather that could delay project progress and disrupt the overall project budget.

Benefits:

  • Improved planning and scheduling of project tasks
  • Reduced risk of delays and disruptions caused by extreme weather
  • Optimized resource allocation
  • Enhanced safety for workers and the public
  • Increased overall project efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Project Scope:

The project will focus on developing a weather prediction model that can accurately forecast rainfall, temperature, wind speed, and other relevant weather parameters for the Kalimantan Timur region.
