C-index computation should not be batched

For Fed-TCGA-BRCA computation of the metric (C-index) is batched. It shouldn't be. A quick fix would be to choose a test batch-size greater than any of the test datasets in Fed-TCGA-BRCA (100 should do).

I was hallucinating in fact, predictions are concatenated and then only the metric is computed.
