As: Excel User
I want to: use local date and number formats

we have the situation that we serve excel templates to our customers. Those templates have sheets with date and number cells.
It would be nice, to use the cell format for localDate and number mapping and not PoijOptions date format.
As we do not want to have different templates for e.g. Germany and US it would be nice to have this feature.

Hi @jrse ,

Poiji supports one date formats, we need to enable different date formats in the annotation level I guess. Do you want to consider to contribute for this option?
