ME accessible from anywhere after visiting Luna from Advanced Rocketry

Don't know if that issue regards this mod, or actually Advanced Rocketry, but putting it here for reference:
Just got to the dimension Luna (from Advanced Rocketry) and tried accessing the ME terminal in the overworld with the Wireless Crafting Terminal. The usual text message, that "Wireless is out of range" appears, but I'm still able to access some, but not all of the items in the ME.
Since then, I can access the ME-Terminal from anywhere. Even on the overworld with that text message appearing.
Version of the mod: 1.12.2-3.11.88
Version of forge: 1.12.2-14.23.5.2836
Tested on: Multiplayer
Fixed temporarily by: Relogging onto the server
