Update the pypi package

Would it be possible to create a new version for pypi? I would love the updates from the google provider (scopes and get_api).

PyPi has the latest version of the master branch. There is an open issue for discussing the plan with the develop branch, and once that's figured out, those changes will make their way to PyPi.
