BioLockJ
BioLockJ is an automated metagenomics pipeline for WGS/16s sequence analysis. The extensible Java framework writes/executes bash scripts to call external applications via BioModule interface. BioModules perform sequence processing, taxonomy assignment, univariate modelling, and report generation.
