To properly perform the function, the .zip file is required to be decompressed and the subfunctions need to be allocated in your working area.

NAMEMD_GUI files represent the GUI application of NAMEMD to allow graphical parameter adjustment. .exe file can be run directly and if the users want to modify the application for customization, .zip file is the package containing the original code and library and the users can download that.
