addic7ed subtitle not working only show from opensubtitle

hello first at all this is my first time when i use sub zero .. i have made an account whit deathbycaptcha but still when i try to download a subtitle addic7ed will not come up only some subtitle from opensubtitle i attach all my log i hope there are good . if anyone want to help me i will be very grateful

There's nothing inside your logs for me to debug. Please set logging to debug (at the bottom of SZ's settings).
