Search only on opensubtitles

Hello, I install SubZero.bundle (copy last release to my /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application\ Support/Plex\ Media\ Server/Plug-ins/) and add permissions sudo chmod -R 775 /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application\ Support/Plex\ Media\ Server/Plug-ins/Sub-Zero.bundle. I configure Sub-Zero agent in Plex settings to use opensubtitles, napiproject, napisy24, podnapisi.net but when I search for subtitles it search only in opensubtitles. I disable opensubtitles agent but still search subs only in opensubtitles.
I also disable opensubtitles provider in Sub-Zero but still shows me subtitles only from opensubtitles :|

How to check if Sub-Zero is working OK?
