I'm lost, what am I missing to get Sub-Zero working correctly?

Hi guys,
I'm confused on how you get this working, and would love a push in the right direction.
I'm just trying to mass download .srt Subs for my Movies.

I have unpacked Sub-Zero.bundle into; ~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins/
I've enabled Sub-Zero for Movies/Shows (HamaMovies,PlexMovieLegacy,TheMovieDatabase) and prioritised it up the top;

I've refreshed the Plex metadata and updated the library and I'm not seeing results.

What needs to be "Configured" in the Sub-Zero Settings?
