Place the camera and the prosthetic eye in level on an optical desk. Put a drop of water on the prosthetic eye.

Place all these files in a single folder and change the name of that folder in the code

Run camera_initialization.m and follow the instructions on Command line

Just run the file and then when focused press 1

press enter on command line

Output = contact angle measured between droplet and prosthetic eye
