This repository shares the code and data from the thematic review by Galetti et al. (2022). Our review assembles data on mammals from the state of São Paulo discussing their diversity, distribution, ecology and conservation. The paper is in press on Biota Neotropica (see complete reference below).
The repository presents four folders: code
, data
, maps
, and paper_figures
.
All analyses were performed in R statistical environment. This folder contains two R code files used for such analyses: 00_prepara_data.R
prepares data from data papers and geospatial data, and 01_spatial_analyses
performs the kernel analysis and displays maps.
Here we provide all data used in the paper. There are two folders: data_papers
which contains tabular data from data papers (.csv), and geodata
which contains all geospatial data (.shp and .gpkg).
All maps generated from data.
All figures in the paper in high definition.
