The environments used in Experiments 1 and 2 were generated using samplePrior1D.py

. Required packages are specified at the top of each file. Model recovery code has it's own folder called /modelRecovery. Additionally, mismatch simulations are in /mismatch, where empirical simulations for each experiment are in R, while the generalized mismatch simulation is in python using the bayesian optimization library (https://github.com/jmetzen/bayesian_optimization). Mismatch simulations for Experiment 3 are in /analysis3/mismatch.R

. The code has been modified to remove MySQL functionality, which depended on PHP code that would have exposed credentials. Now experimental conditions are assigned randomly (instead of psuedo-randomly using pre-generated conditions), and experiment data doesn't get saved anymore.
