The data was collected by scraping the US Department of Labor Statistics. The ones who originally collected the data were the US Bureau of Labor Statistics and the original data is far more diverse, this dataset is the result of scraping relevant unemployment data by county from the US Labor Statistics dataset.

The data is about Women's' unemployment.

Same website source but different CSV as previous. The data was collected by the US Department of Labor Women's Bureau. They originally obtained such data through government census and legal documentation and records. The data is about Women's' unemployment.
