Safecity is a non-profit organization that uses crowdsourced data about sexual harrassmment in public spaces towards informing action. The data is in the form of reports/firs-hand experiences, along with details such as location, time of event among others.
It was found that some of these reports contained in them certain recommendations or warnings regarding safety of locations - these could be potential pointers for commuters and pedestrians taking those routes, letting them make informed decisions. This repository deals with the extraction of these recommendations.
As a member of the Safecity Data team, the recommendations along with other details were extracted and submitted to Safecity.
