I made some slight changes to be more conform to maven conventions.

HOW-TO
======

just configure this in your pom.xml:

By default, pom.xml description is used to configure the "summary".

  <plugin>
   <groupId>fr.opensagres.maven.plugins</groupId>
   <artifactId>gcupload-maven-plugin</artifactId>
   <configuration>
    <!-- "false" by default -->
    <allowSnapshots>true</allowSnapshots>
    <uploads>
     <upload>
      <!-- optional -->
      <!--makes sense only after a assembly:single and with corresponding descriptor -->
      <classifier>src</classifier>
      <!-- google code labels -->
      <labels>OpSys-All,Type-Source,Featured</labels>
      <!-- if not set, pom.xml description is used -->
      <summary>amazing !</summary>
     </upload>
    </uploads>
   </configuration>
  </plugin>

and configure your settings.xml like this:

<server>
   <id>code.google.com</id>
   <username>youraccount@gmail.com</username>
   <password>your google code password</password>
</server>
