Il faut ajouter un captcha au processus d'inscription. Il existe des app Django pour faire ca : https://www.djangopackages.com/grids/g/captcha/
Je préfère des captcha mathématiques, comme celui-ci : https://pypi.python.org/pypi/django-simple-math-captcha

Ceci est très marrant aussi, et puis ca change un peu http://puzzlecaptcha.apprabbit.com/.
Edit : En fait il faut JS pour que cela fonctionne. Ce sera donc un captcha mathématique.
