Obsolete PATO:0002419 showing up in release file `pato.owl` and on OLS

The class PATO:0002419 eosinophilic was obsoleted in the latest release (see #471), but it is showing up in the release file pato.owl and on (pre-production) OLS as non-deprecated class.
It looks all right and marked obsolete in pato-edit.obo.
How to fix this?

- make a fast new release
sh run.sh make prepare_release_fast
