File synchronization program

Following programs are required:
- C-Compiler
- BSD-Make
- For dependency setup: GNU-Make, wget, tar, gzip
When first setting up the project, dependencies have to be compiled. Type ./setup.sh to start this process. Depending on your machine this might take a few minutes.
