This folder contains scripts and examples for testing, benchmarking and establishing the minibatch optimization routines into PESTO and for the CanPathPro project. It has the follwing subfolders:
- examples -> PESTO examples in Matlab
- benchmarking -> scripts for benchmarking the minibatch methods on different examples
