This project is a PoC of a data collection platform for time-series data. Features include:
- User Registration: Allows users to register.
- CSV File Upload: Users can upload CSV files.
- Data Visualization: Browse uploaded records with Plotly Graph Visualization. Users see only their specific records, while an admin has access to all collected files.
