There is no default SeLionConfig.json provided when role=standalone

Problem Description

When invoking SeLion-Grid with java -jar SeLion-Grid-jar-with-dependencies.jar -role standalone the SelionConfig.json file in <selionHome>/config/ is not used by default. This is different than when you invoke with -role hub and -role node. Providing a -selionConfig works as expected, as a workaround.
