Allows you to see any player's equipment, even if they have blocked the view.
To use this DLL, build in Release mode, preferably using Rad Studio for this, then load the DLL inside your cabalmain.
NOTE: This DLL must be called before any anticheat loads (MShield, XTrap, etc).
