Exif Parser and Matplotlib Map Generator

Code that generates http://malloc.dog/shrines/. Uses exiftool to pull out the data, and then uses matplotlib to generate the map, and regular elisp to generate the org file.

This allows me to maintain a directory as a photo gallery.
