- Clone this repo
- Use create-env.sh or update-env.sh in install/ for setting up the conda/python environment
- Fetch eegsynch submodule
- Execute eegsynth/bin/install.sh - Mac users must run terminal/install via Rosetta.
- Install redis-server
- Use run-all.sh or an individual module script in circadian/mac/
- playbacksignal.sh inputs some previously recorded eeg data
- recordsignal.sh records eeg data input from LSL to an edf file.
