Long Time Series Products.
This repo contain some tools to access, aggregate and visualise products from IMOS Moorings Facility. Navigate through the R and python directories. Some tools are in both languages, sometimes in one only.
It is important to know the types of products that exist in moorings facility:
- Temperature Loggers. Include temperature loggers, water quality instruments and velocity instruments.
- Velocity. Include current meters and ADCP instruments.
- CTD profiles. One time samples in a vertical profile. Normally with a CTD with other parameter could be measured
- Water samples. Biogeochemical variables sampled in a profile
