Goals
- versioned (in domain or root url?, decorators)
- flasky (decorators over classes and magic methods)
- content auto-negotiate (json, text, csv, etc)
- secure (cookie auth, jwt?, etc)
- largely automatic serialization
- database versioning with alembic
