dleyna-core can be downloaded, compiled and installed as follows:
Clone repository
# git clone https://github.com/phako/dleyna-core.git
# cd dleyna-core
Configure and build
# meson setup build
# ninja -C build
Final installation
# sudo ninja -C build install

-Dlog_level
