MWP for superpixel GNN classification
See environment_from_history_with_version.yml for environment used to test. On 20220909 I used mamba install -c conda-forge -c pytorch scikit-image fire tqdm pytorch torchvision cpuonly numpy scipy python=3.8 matplotlib to install the environment.
Run python prototype.py --train --test to run the experiment.
