You have a text file in CSV format, with each row of the CSV file containing 4 columns:
- City name
- Country name
- URL on the web to an image for this city
- Description of the city
For example, the file might have name: cities.txt
and contents:

This Android app can be freely rotated between portrait and landscape mode. It bundles the cities.txt file and read it into memory at app startup. It renders a vertically scrolling list of each city, with each row in the list showing the city name, country name, and a snippet of the description text. Upon tap of a row, the full screen transitions to a detail view for one individual city.
