team notes get doubled on match page

At the Southington, CT district event this past weekend, I noticed that when I add an event-specific note from a team page, then go to a match that team is competing in, the app shows that note twice. I haven't looked into the cause yet, but it's possible it's because the note would show up under the event and "all notes" sections for that team.
Yeah, I can reproduce it. Just should need a tweak in the database queries.
Any other feedback from this weekend?

It was a good event. No major issues with teams, so I didn't have too many notes to add. I did find it very difficult to use the predefined notes feature. It's only available on the match page, but I was trying to use it to add it from a team's page. Can we get that functionality added as well?
That's all I really have.
That should be easy to do, I did a big code consolidation with all the
dialogs and forgot to update that activity too.
