Set up EC2 instance with attached storage volume
Login to EC2 instance via Connect with ssh
Mount the attached storage drive to the EC2
Change default docker image location
AWS configure
Fetch data from AWS S3 and copy to attached volume drive
Run EPI2ME on one sample
