Remove deprecated `command` attribute from ExecTask

The command attribute in the ExecTask was deprecated somewhere in 2.x (and is warning users when they use the attribute). For consistency & cleanup, let's remove the deprecated attribute from the task & the documentation.
- remove from code
- update tests
- update documentation
