Allow to insert a diagram from Dia Diagram Editor as image with link to original file.
- Dia-Path: path to binary default 'dia'. For Windows must be changed to global path to dia.exe.
- Download as ZIP and extract under "$HOME/.local/share/zim/plugins/simpleosticketlink"
- Activate Plugin and entry the login data to osTicket system
