Super-easy way to entry a clickable link with title to osTicket ticket in the Zim wiki's with the short cut.
When <Ctrl> + <Shift> + O is clicked, the following happens:
- You will be asked for ticket ID
- There is a request sent to osTocket
- A link with ticket ID and Subject is entered
- Download as ZIP and extract under "$HOME/.local/share/zim/plugins/simpleosticketlink"
- Activate Plugin and entry the login data to osTicket system
