Add Zotero to onboarding document

Hi Zoe,

I am creating this issue as a request that you add a section about Zotero to our on boarding document in this repository. Your description about this program to Cassiel was spectacular. Would you mind writing brief description of why Zotero is useful and how we use it (and can email it to ourselves) including whatever link you clicked to install it (and add it to google drive?). Obviously this will be immensely helpful to undergrads joining the lab who have never used a reference manager before, but will also be a gentle suggestion to more experienced colleagues who join the lab (like Amaia or Alexa). I haven't had the chance to use this program much so any help you can offer in adding this to the onboarding document will be huge.
