Switch to kafka-2.0.0 profile as the default for mvn compile

Currently maven compile was still using kafka-0.10.2 as the default profile, this is too archaic.

Give most of the users already moved to kafka-2.0, we should switch the build profile to kafka-2.0.0 as default for maven build.
