pyxel2tiled
Converts xml tilemaps exported by Pyxel Edit to Tiled tmx.
It expects a png tileset with the same name as the xml tilemap.
If the png isn't found then it will still convert it but you'll have to open the tmx in Tiled so it adds the missing data automatically.
