Run the demo
Server Setup
- install and boot docker(docker for linux, boot2docker for mac/windows)
- docker pull pkafei/docker_samtools
- run
docker-browser-server pkafei/docker_samtools
Client Setup
- clone https://github.com/pkafei/samtools-adventure-time
- navigate to 'samtools-adventure-time' directory
- run
npm install - run
npm start - open a browser and enter
