Run the demo

Server Setup

• install and boot docker(docker for linux, boot2docker for mac/windows)
• docker pull pkafei/docker_samtools
• run docker-browser-server pkafei/docker_samtools

Client Setup

• clone https://github.com/pkafei/samtools-adventure-time
• navigate to 'samtools-adventure-time' directory
• run npm install
• run npm start
• open a browser and enter http://127.0.0.1:9966
