browse to http://127.0.0.1:4005
enter some information in the left most box and hit submit to create a new recipe entry. Once created you can add additional ingredients to the receipe using the update entry form.
Click the 'Create Shopping List' link - then enter a comma seperated list of recipe IDs you wish to select. The ingredients for each selected receipe are presented in a combined list.
