Instructions
This requires some envinronment variables be set:
GOBLIN_CONSUMER_KEY: The consumer key from your Twitter application.GOBLIN_CONSUMER_SECRET: The consumer secret from your Twitter application.GOBLIN_ACCESS_TOKEN: The access token from your Twitter application.GOBLIN_ACCESS_TOKEN_SECRET: The access token secret from your Twitter application.
Create a Twitter application by visiting https://apps.twitter.com/ and clicking the "Create New App" button.
