Python 3 API for the signal-cli messaging utility
Requires python3, qrencode application, linkpreview, pytz and tzlocal python libraries, and of course signal-cli to be installed.
linkpreview can be installed with pip: 'pip install linkpreview'

This library has been developed and tested on Ubuntu Jammy (22.04.1)
