Automatic image scaler.
Start the server and see "http://localhost:5000/demo" for an example.

DEPENDENCIES

    Create a S3 bucket and an access key that has permissions to create
    new objects there.

THE ENV

    cat >.env
    AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID=...
    AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY=...
    S3_BUCKET_NAME=frantic-scaler
    ^D

    Note! The file .env is in .gitignore, and must not be added to the
    repository.

LOCAL DEPLOYMENT

    cpanm --installdeps .
    export `cat .env`
    plackup

HEROKU DEPLOYMENT

    heroku create --buildpack https://github.com/pnu/heroku-buildpack-perl.git
    heroku config:set `cat .env`
    git push heroku master
