Setup and Running Notebook

• Set following env variables for EDL for harmony calls :

  • UAT_USERNAME
  • UAT_PASSWORD
  • OPS_USERNAME
  • OPS_PASSWORD

• Install following python libraries :

  • jupyter
  • xarray
  • netcdf4
  • git+https://github.com/podaac/l2ss-py.git

• Set input_token in jupyter notebook will be an input if using papermill

• Set collection id to test will be an input if using papermill

• Set environment where collection will be an input if using papermill

• Run Jupyter notebook and run entire notebook or each section individually
