1. 1st u need to change drive to tensorflow_object_counting_api folder
2. make sure that input video is there

3. don't add many variable like, deviation, roi,fsp,width,height so here required only 2 arg, like i used roi or deviation that's it
4. output video will download in avi format and in the tensorflow_object_counting_api folder
