STELA Satellite Generator
STELA, which is developed by CNES is a Orbit Decay simulation tool. It is mainly used to simulate satellites for the debris mitigation. STELA can also be used in batch mode, with different satellites and scenarios. For the batch mode there should be a satellite generator.
