As for now, follow these steps:

1. Open about:config in new Tab and set toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to "True" for your custom themes to work.
2. You can find your profile folder by writing about:profiles in URL bar and using Open folder in Root Directory section.
3. Put chrome folder inside your main profile folder.
4. Quit and reopen Firefox.
