The image so used 'viratkohli.jpg' is obtained from google search and I claim no right for it. Just using it for testing purpose.:)

This code is made in Jupyter Notebook and all the dependencies and libraries do used are pre-installed in Jupyter notebook when used with Anaconda. To use the code as a python file, see installation of required dependencies. Just run the code, enter the url of image you like and try on different filters. Save, if you like it and use it. Download Anaconda and copy this jupyter notebook file and have fun!!!
