Multi level open CV project for detection of human head from video and notifying count of detected heads/humans via SMS
prerequisite stuff: 1.openCV 2.Twilio Api
Step 1: Goto sms.py and feed all your twilio account related information
Step 2: Goto detect.py and initalize $path variable by feeding in your "haarcascade_frontalface_default.xml"
Step 3: Run fr.py with crowd.mp4 as arg "python fr.py crowd.mp4"
Step 4: Enjoy
