Replicated this paper as my getting started with research works "Performance comparison of deep learning autoencoders for cancer subtype detection using multi-omics data(https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8122584/)" and the downsteam tasks are done using R and the autoencoder scripts are in python.Providing the workflow as given in the paper.
